This is my first time replacing my case, I am wanting a quiet case so I have chosen the one below

Would I have any problems with transfereing my current setup? In sig?

That's is roughly my budget, if anyone else has any suggestions please let me know

Shouldn't have any problems your current setup is using an ATX board and the new case is ATX also. You'll have enough clearance in that case for your Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro too. Just a nice simple swap over job.

Another case consideration within your budget would be the Bit Fenix shinobi Noise dampened I know a lot of guy use that case and has had great reviews too.
