need help

hi i have a problam with my volume mixer on windows 7 i have a name not avalable in there how do i get rid of it thanks to any replys you give me
also when the name not avalable is on full volume i get radio station streams going through my speakers

Bottom line you've probably got a virus/malware/godknowswhat on your PC, get cleaning and if you're even slightly worried get formatting/reinstalling

hi halfmad thanks for your reply before i even try formating im going to try a system restore hopefully that fixs it
