hey guys i got my pc in OCUK for hardware reasons and while it is there for a issue i am getting a upgrade cooler for the OC cpu which is h100 corsair. i asked if its possible to refund my old cpu cooler and spend the refund money on the h100 corsair. was just wondering if this works or any other way around it considering i have warranty.

Your best bet is to ask in the customer section.

Edit: Just re-read your post, you been upgraded to a Corsair H100 and your wondering if you can get a refund on your current cooler?

i have not been upgraded i have just paid for a upgrade so i was just wondering a refund on the current cooler

Why would they give you a refund on a second hand cooler? No, they won't give you one. The fact that you have a warranty makes no difference as the unit isn't faulty.
