so i accidently clicked accept to a programme i was downloading to this free "programme" without reading the small print and basically have some spyware or something because my kaspersky isnt picking it up as a virus when it wont let me uninstall the programme. the programme is called "istartsurf" if anyone knows how to actually unistall the programme and get rid of it let me know because the basic uninstall wont be allowed with this programme

Download Malwarebytes and run a full scan.
It may ask you to restart pc after the scan, do it.
Also i use revo uninstaller to properly remove a program.
It does a registry scan for left over bits, which windows remove programs does not.

A lot of the time things like this will show in add/remove programs too. Sort by installed date.
Disable system restore.
Then remove all crap plugins/extensions from all of your browsers. Then use ccleaner to manually remove crap startup items, then do a temp file clean with ccleaner.
Now run mbam.
