need help

so looking to get a vega 64 with water block ..
now need a screen to use it .. and that's where im stumped .. been on a 1080 for last 5-6 yrs
now I think I know what I want but don't know whats good or bad ..
needs to be 30-32 inch freesync over 1080 and not wide screen oh and around £400

anyone want to point me in a direction ..plz ?

I wish these freesync manufacturers would specify what the actual range is for the freesync. every screen has different ranges and it take ages to sift though page after page of info looking for it.
