NEED HELP!

Hi guys so I have this message on my windows update screen and I have tried literally everything and can’t get it to work and fix it, so do you guys know anything on how to fix it please.
I can't add a photo because adding photos on here is just ***** and awful but basically on my windows update screen i have a message of 'Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later.'
I have looked all over youtube and found loads of videos and literally tried all of them and still can't fix it so i've come to here to ask for help, so please help me.

You will need to provide much more detail than that for any of us to help you.

What is the version of Windows and exact error message, when does it occur, when did it start and what have you tried to ‘fix it’?

i can’t use imgur because i’m from the uk and can’t create an account because it’s not in my country or something like that

What? Majority of us are from UK, you don't need an account to upload to Imgur. Just in case you're looking at the wrong site: https://imgur.com/

That very strange and very hard to believe because I am from UK too. :cry:

I tested to proved upload pic on imgur worked without sign and sign up account.

You can go ahead to click 3 dots button to request image deletion.

yes that’s the error message i get, and just been through all of these, and some of them stuff they do i don’t have and the other stuff don’t work
