need just a little help

Hey guys i got a gtx 980msi and it only has 1 dvi port for my 120hz benq, im playing with two screens and my other 60hz monitor has only a dvi also but there is only 1 dvi slot in my card followed by 2 hdmi's and 2 other slots. anyone got a conclusion for me. thanks and sorry if this is confusing

Can you list the monitor model names etc so we could possibly see what connections they have going into them rather than guessing.

the dell montior is like a 17inch very old i cannot find it, it has a VGA and DVI as far as i can see

The BenQ has DP input, so does the MSI card, use that for that and DVI for the Dell.

should i have the DP cable with the monitor, and what does DP stand for and would it make my benq run at 120hz with that cable?

DP = displayport.

Yes you will get 120Hz using it (you just have to set the refresh rate for it in the Nvidia control panel).

As stated by stulid, plug the Display port from the GPU to the BenQ monitor with a Display port cable and then plug the DVI port from the GPU to your DVI port on the Second monitor with a DVI cable simples.
