I have sausages, eggs, spuds, green beans, asparagus that needs to be eaten over the weekend. In short, does anybody have any suggestions?

I'm wanting to use the green beans, but have no idea what to do with them apart from boiling them..

I know that you didn't list onions, but here's an idea:

Cook sausages and cut into slices. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, then boil until cooked.Throw green beans into boiling water for 1 minute and cool in cold water. Dice onions and cook in frying pan over low heat until soft. Whisk eggs and add to frying pan with onions and some seasoning, then add sausage slices, green beans, potatoes and asparagus. Continue to cook until set. To cook the top, place under a hot grill, being careful if the handle is plastic and in danger of melting.

Eat in slices with crusty bread. This is also good cold / following day.

Dice the beans and mix witrh mashed potato and egg and then lightly fry to make some potato cakes. Serve these with the cooked sausages and asparagus, maybe with a light jus on the side.

Everyones a winner.

I should have mentioned you should seperate the eggs and just use the yolk.....

Too late. It's kind of weird and mushy atm though. It's alright I'm a student. I'm not too fussed on how food looks but merely its taste.
