Need Memory Suggestions pls

Can anyone suggest some good memory for a
ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX with an AMD Bulldozer FX6200
May like to Overclock at somepoint to

Well its not for me, but budget is about £150 16GB
But he has said if he can save on that he'd like to. So I was gonna give him a choice from maybe 1 or 2 good ones and then a good cheaper (maybe £100-120ish) as well.

I was siding towards the Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz (CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9)

But I have heard the TeamGroup Vulcan's are good, But a little unsure about them.
