need more than 4GB for BF3?

I currently run

i5 760
4GB DDR3 dual channel ram
GTX 480 SOC

would getting a 8gb dual channel ddr3 kit be beneficial for bf3? Haven't struggeld yet for memory

Personally I dont know but ram is not exactly expensive these days

Playing the beta I didn't really struggle for RAM that I noticed. It does eat a fair chunk of vRAM though but your 480 should be fine. The main thing the game needs is a quad core, my trusty dual core got retired in favour of a Q6600 for the game.
