Or at least one that is no so strict when inforcing it :p

F2Surf finally complained about the 200+ Gigabytes I do every month and I've noticed a sudden drop in speed. I was asured when I signed up that I can download as much as I want but I guess they didn't realise just how much I'll download. They want me to cut down to 100gig. My 360 alone do about 30-40 gig a month.

I know there's a few heavy downloaders here, so, what ISP do you guys use?

200Gb!!!! That's 6Gb a day!!! What the hell you downloading!!

In fact, no, don't answer....:p

Well, I'm on F2Surf which is part of Pipex and Pipex do have LLU in Golders Green, London where I live. Not sure if I'm "on it" though.

is BE broadband any good? Anyone with experience?

I'm on a lowly 8meg connection with F2S but have Newsgroups semi-constantly running at 800kbs down every second.

billytheImpaler, I REALLY need to know what ISP you're using and if you've had any complaints so far?

I'm looking to leave F2S as well. I've had a consistently high speed and the throttling and caps don't bother me but since moving to MAX my connection has been awful. It drops about 15 to 20 times a night and I haven't been able to get through to the chimps despite spending more than 2 hours on the phone. I think the problem is either my router or my line so I can't blame it on F2S but not being able to get through to them and sort it out has made me want to leave.

^ I've been looking at them. They offer quite a nice little package but the amount of people flocking to them worries me. Can they cope? I've also looked at Newnet and my dad can get a BT business package free of charge from work. I don't know what they're like though for usage and throttling.

This is on my torrent server. We have a dedicated fiber uplink through our ISP neo.rr. It's quite fast but it's shared by thousands of users. My server is mostly limited by its 100 Mbit ethenet link to the Cisco hub.

I wiped and reinstalled the server a few months back, 'round July or August methinks, so these stats are accumulated since then.
