Need new Bugdet Rig. Help

Im trying to build a new setup but with a tight budget of around £200, max £300

I'll be connecting it to a 40inch full HDTV. To HD playback is essential. I want it to be as quite as possible and i was hoping it to have the E5200 at least.It will be used to watch movies and tv shows and dvds. It will also be used for word processing, and internet. Another thing that was essential was it to play high quality loud music, so if you have any speaker recommendations, that would help (on top of budget). I was first just going to buy a dvd home system with amplifyer of upto 850w, but i also needed a cheap basic pc. So i was wandering if a pc can be made with similiar capabilities of both in one.

If can't be done within my budget, what would you recommend with a higher budget.

add 3450 as GPU for HD playback
all systems require you to pick an approprite optical drive, HDD and maybe soundcard for your needs

thanks jak, it seems i have to go way over budget. I'll try and see what i can get for £400

I need micro atx motherboard with 7.1 audio
a gfx card that can do HD playback easily
small case with quite psu
E5200
I'll add HD myself.

Would a good sound card make any difference?

both MBs i picked can do HD playback without help from a hd compatable graphics card. its done via the chipset

both are mirco atx boards so will fit in a microatx case

if your using good speakers and a good amp, a good soundcard will make a difference, otherwise i doubt it will

Can the G43 do 1080p? It has the Intel X4500, rather than the Intel X4500HD which is on the more expensive G45?

If the amp has digital in, then you will not need a soundcard.
I would go amd as you are not gaming.
get the asus 780g mobo and you can then just get a low speed dual amd and it will play hd fine.
