Do you mean PCI or PCI-E (as in PCI-Express)?

That's a relief! So how much is 'cheap'? Sub £100? In which case the 7600 GT is just the ticket.
i was after a cheap as possible. i have to options. upgrade my amd to intel and get a cheap gfx card. or wait for some time and upgrade and get a good gfx card as well.
i think i will have issues with my mobo and the raid drivers for vista so want to upgrade to avoid the pain.

7600 GT, its faster than the 6800 Ultra, and is under £100.
