Need new card

I have a 1680x1050 22" screen and want to get a new graphics card - right now money isn't an object for the card so I'm just wondering what is THE best card on the market right now - GTX 280 or a 4870x2? Especially with crysis warhead?
 
If you want the best then it's the 4870x2, but even then it depends if the game is scaled well for crossfire, but most usually are.

For a 22" screen tho normal 4870 would be fine or even a 4850.
 
DONT get a specific GPU for Warhead - its pants and will run pants regardless of the card you get. I would base your choice very much on Far Cry 2 which will ultimetly be 100,000,000 times better than the latter. Oh and it will be coded properly and will run properly.
