Need new CPU Cooler. Please Help!

So i removed the crappy intel cooler to install the OCZ Gladiator Max which was very highly recommended by YoYoTech (main reason i bought it).

Anyway this cooler was an absolute nightmare to install. It was very fiddly and when i thought i managed to get it attached it just popped off again.
This process happened a fair few times untill i finally thought it was in properly.

It was good for a couple of months but just now my comp (check sig) wouldn't turn on. It would power up but i got a terrible beeping/ringing noise and a black screen.

I checked it out and found the cooler was loose and just fell out when i touched it to check its stability.

Should it have been this much of a problem??
Is it a rubbish cooler for my setup??
Could it just be a faulty part???

Anyways im sick of it and want to try a new one. Any recommendations?? My budget is about £60.

Thanks the Thermalright 120 black looks good.
Am i right in thinking it will come with the bolt-thru kit? And i would only need to buy a fan to fit onto it?

Also its out of stock here, is there a way of finding out when stock is due??

Wait, i was under the impression that the bolt thru kit would only work with thermalright coolers?

Could i use the bolt thru kit with my gladiator max?? I cant see where it would fit on it?
