I am after a new desktop pc (just the desktop). I'm looking to spend up to £600. I know the specs required are personal preference, but i'm looking to get the best pc for my £££!!! (mid-range Gaming and personal movie back up is my thing!)

Any decent deals on at the mo, or any recommendations for any good to sites to look through?

Oops! Sorry about that. But how can OC/forum users compare machine specs without providing links?

If OC/users find a similar/better spec'd pc i'd happily purchase from OC, but they need to be able to compare, surely?

If not, then i'll remove the links (sorry again!)
 
OK, i have no idea how to build my own pc. Can OC build this pc for me using the kit you have listed? (i would really f*ck things up if i tried to do this)

Also what about an OS? (i was looking at Vista Home 32mb).

This is why i need a new one, i have blown my AGP slot and rather than updating a 7 year old system i have decided to get a new one.
 
Well my brother ****** it. He was trying to update my system and slotted in a different graphic card (one from his machine). We booted up my pc and although the pc was booting there was no signal to my monitor. We replaced my graphic card and same result.
 
ok, i've narrowed it down to a couple. I'm looking at the best deal now. I contacted Overclockers who said they wouldn't offer any discount even when i said i would buy the rig there and then :( I was hoping they would offer a discount to secure a sale like 2 other companies have done

Does anyone have any discount codes?
