Need new gfx card for around £150

Hi there, just been upgrading my computer but i'm still left my old gfx card which needs an upgrade. System as is follows:

e6750 core 2 duo
4gb corsair ram
sapphire x1950 pro


The graphics card is begginning to hold the system down i think, its being run with two monitors, one at 1600x1050, and the other at 1260x1024.

With a budget of £150 (Could maybe stretch more if needed) What would be the best card for that amount of money.

Also how would a card like this compare to my current one?
