UKFSN here (Entanet reseller), excellent ISP, its a capped service but the caps are very generous, im on their Home MAX 60 which is 60gb peak hrs, 330gb off peak, peak hrs are 8am till 10pm, off peak is 10pm till 8am and all weekend, thats only £29.99, or theres the Home MAX 30, which is 30gb peak hrs, 300gb off peak, and thats only £19.99, can't fault them at all, a cracking ISP.
To switch just phone your ISP and ask them for a MAC code (don't say your cancelling) which you should receive by e-mail (they state it can take upto 5 days, but you usually get it straight away, or couple of hrs), then give that MAC code to your new providor then sit back and wait about 7 days (during those 7 days your still using Nildram as normal until your switched), then once you find you can't log on to Nildram anymore (may say something like password invalid) just change the details in your modem/router to your new ISP's and hit connect, you will only be offline for as long as it takes you to enter your new username/password, so if your a fast typer about 10 secs.
