Need New Mobile £60 Or Under!!!!

Hi all,

It's my Mum's birthday next month and she wants a new mobile. I have £60 to spend and it must have a camera, bluetooth would be nice, candybar/flip -doesn't matter, unlockable for use on Virgin network (or indeed and preferably already on Virgin Mobile), and must not be a Nokia 3220(!).

Any suggestions???
