Need new mobo/cpu/ram

Hey, looking to update my system a bit. The parts which let my current rig down is my CPU - e2180 (2.0GHZ 1mb cache) and my 2GB ddr2 RAM. My GPU is a Radeon HD 5770 so that is fine, and also my powersupply is a Corsair HX520w so im guessing that okay too?

Any ideas? Price range is about £300 I guess. Would I be able to squeeze an i7 in there or is it looking unlikely?

Not an i7 bundle mind but how about this and you could use the £40 left over towards the cost of a SSD

Is the i3 a good chip? Got laughed at when asked friends about i3 as they are single core apparently?

So long the i3 is better than my e2180 that seems like quite a good easy way to get a good rig.

I have done a bit of overclocking in the past but like the idea of somone else doing it beforehand without having the headache of doing it myself.

In the reviews, people mention water cooling. Will the air fan supplied with this package be okay with this cpu overclocked @4.0GHz? I don't intend on water cooling.
