That guide doesnt really help me, I would like people to just post me up some builds.

You probably mean that you are to lazy to read it, not that it doesn't help you?

What really won't help you is not doing any of your own research and blindly accepting other people's advice/specs.

It's up to you I guess but you won't learn much that way.

I have already read it ejr22 and i understand it and have been building pcs for a few years now, But i havent built anything since my core 2 duo hence me asking what people would recommend.
Well i want people to post different builds that way i can compare them, Well hopefully a few guys on here will agree on one of the pc posted on here and that is how i will make my decsion.

Edit:Thanks for that Kennysevenfold i dont need a psu or hdd though so i may use the rest of that build but just put in a quad

This then mate :)

for that kind of money you won't get much of an improvement for a whole new system, had a look at your motherboard on giga site and its not all that bad so what i would suggest is:

add this to your current rig
