What do you think, i got a budget of around £1500! but the less i spend the better lol

i wana use the system to over clock and play some kick ass games on high res! i have got the monitor sorted already jus need the system itself! and i got mouse n keyboard etc!

Do you need Vista Ultimate? If not then the Premium edition would save you a fair bit of cash.

You might be better getting 4gb as 2x2gb.

Finally I'd suggest a better overall cooler if overclocking is an aim, the Arctic Freezer is good for a budget cooler but something like a Noctua NH-U12P or Tuniq Tower would be a better option I think.
