need opinions on this rig

my last pc i got was micro board overclocked to 4.2ghz on the i5 4670k... hada nice hi100 cooler aswell..the psu was so faulty then making the motherboard complete dead.. the pc did not get fixed and overclockers refunded my pc.. this is what put me off overclocking in the first place because of what happend to my previous 1k budget pc i bought..after speaking to a overclocker member also he said its not worth overclocking as it really does shorten the life by a lot but i really do not know what to think now and i need as many opinions as possible.. this is my new build tell me what you think i am quite impressed as it come to my budget.

bare in mind guys i have a very small room.. can get hot

(still need a solid PSU please link me one...bare in mind i have a msi gtx 780 lightning what i will be overclocking aswell)

This won't help any potential overclock, heat is your worst enemy when overclocking.

Are you intending on clocking this system?

I will be upgrading the cpu to 4.4ghz do you think that is overkill? with the cooler i will be getting which i stated on the first post

i also need a psu still a stable bulletproof one
