Need PC Spec'ing

Hi,

If someone wouldnt mind, id like a system specing up for use by the director in my company, he needs it to have some good speed so i was thinking of a C2D E6600 2.40ghz, 2gb DDR2, 160gb sata, not for gaming so any old gfx card will do.

Do you have a budget for this PC and what sort of uses will it be put to? Almost any PC now is capable of office type tasks without breaking a sweat.
