My Nikon D80 has finally given up and died on me.
I take a shot, the shutter goes but nothing captured, and the shutter sounds different to normal.
If I take the lens off and fire the shutter, 1 out of every 2-3 shots it will register an image taken but lens back on, it doesn't, just clicks away and captures nothing. Cleaned the connectors for the lens, tried different lenses, still same problem.
So, does anyone know how to fix it? It flashes 'Err' on the display.
Also, if you could recommend a different camera, which would you recommend? Id like to stay with Nikon.
