Need picture putting into pure Black and White

Ok im wanting to make a picture pure black and white so it can be used in bitmap for to be cut out with a machine.

Here is what iv done so far.

WARNING IF YOUR A BLEACH FAN AND AINT UP TO DATE DONT LOOK!

Colour

Grey Scale

Iv tried to do this on my own but I dont have the artistic skill involved to do it well. Or is there a thing your can using in photoshop CS2 that will do it for me?

I have done it in pure black and white, I dont know wether its the thing your looking for though...

thats good, but it needs more of the details in it.

Thanks for the effort though the edge of the mask needs to be more defined from the rest of the face.

All I've done is increase the contrast and decrease the brightness from the grayscale.

Thank you for telling me how you did it aswel, I can edit it a bit more from there so it cna be done on the machine.
