Need present ideas for my sisters 30th birthday!

Bah - pulling my hair out. Her birthday is today but I have been trying to rack my brain for weeks. Normally she is the easiest to buy for (game or DVD and its all sorted) but its her 30th.

My bro and her bf already got her Jewellery, she is not much of a girly girl otherwise I would get her beauty spa vouchers or something... still might.

None of you of course know her but a list of ideas would really help me
