Need printer for BIG prints

Looking for a printer that will do A2 or above for work. We make a lot of our own signs which are exposed to the weather sometimes being a garden centre so probably a laminator as well; That is unless some one knows or a printer that will print off a roll of some kind of laminate.

Any help or suggestions welcome as I'm not really sure what's out there or suitable for this. Budget = enough to get the job done.
 
It prints from a roll of A1 width paper, so would be great for printing long signs, I'm not sure about lamination though.

Thumb through your local Yellow Pages and speak to some of the digital printers in your area. One of them will surely be able to handle large-format printing on your choice of media and also offer the ability to laminate the end result.
 
You want something like an HP designjet. Will print on to rolls of various types of paper. One of the one's we have here will print right on to waterproof paper too.
 
I've a HP design jet 800, 24". Can be a bit hit and miss for colour photo's, but for general graphics and promo stuff it's more than capable.

I believe you can get waterproof vinyl paper and inks - but have never looked into that.
