Need program for logging DVD files

As in the title really, i need a free program that will log what files are on different DVD's, im getting tired with having to keep track of what is on my HDD's and what i have put into storage.

I have googled it, but havent turned up anything yet.

A disc catalogger thing? I've been looking for a good one aswell.. I've even starting making one in PHP/mysql, but gave up.
