need quick answer asap

Hi.

Somone i know has a ocz core extreme 500watt psu.

He has stripped his gaming pc down and no longer needs the power.

I have a cx430 corsair psu.

He has asked me if i want to swap. His is 2 montha old and so is mine. Bost purchased from the same place.

Is it worth it ?

Does the ocz have a good 12v rail ?

They are really good value PSU's but it's not Seasonic. Not harm in owning one though.

Are you looking to upgrade your components later on? It would save you the cost of a new PSU if you did.

The Corsair has 384w on the 12v rail and the OCZ has 444w on the 12v rail so the OCZ is stronger in theory. Both have cheap internals and personally i would'nt buy either of them.

Maybe. But im at the limit with mine at the min. And want ro push cpu further and oc gpu
