need quick help for a friend please

ok one of my friends in america has one stick of pc2-5300 and 3 sticks of pc-4200 that hes running in his current pc and he needs a new motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813127029 thats the one and it says only DDR2-800, will it run the memory he has?

I'd suggest you don't link to competitors but yes I think that should be fine although it doesn't explicitly say on the Abit website that it supports PC4200, normally they are capable of working at the speed of the slowest Ram. PC5300 is definitely supported though.
