need quick help

hi, on my phone as my pc wont get any display

please view any of my current threads to see my build.


I got a new gpu, everything works fine until I noticed some cables were blocking the gpu fan.
I took everything apart to cable manage, put it back together and now the pc turns on but I get no display. Reseated everything, took components out 1 by 1 to test.

Fans all run except the gpu fan..seems to spin for a bit and stop, spin for a bit and stop.
I took the gpu out and tried using on board video. .nothing

Took cmos battery out for about 15 mins, did the cmos reset jumped

Alright, got it all working. BIOS related, I think it didnt have any outputs selected. I left the CMOS out for about 30 mins this time and it eventually reset it. Not sure why the jumper didnt reset it.
