Need RAM for Q6600

So I bought one of these today with a Abit IP35 and thinking my memory was already DDR2 I came to a slightly annoying conclusion that my memory is DDR.

I need to nip back to ocuk tomorrow to pick up some DDR2 but I am unsure what to get. It does need to be a budget option. I have about £80 to spend on 2 Gig. What do you all recommend?

Money is an issue as I could only afford the board and cpu so that is my maximum push.
