Need recommendation for new switch.

Need a 48port poe switch with 10g sfp uplinks want something somewhat power efficient used or new (dependent on price)

It's gonna get pricey with those requirements but I believe if you like the UniFi ecosystem the USW-Pro-48-PoE would likely fit your requirements for PoE, 48 ports and 10 Gbit SFP uplinks.

Alternatively if you prefer the HP camp then the Aruba 1930 JL686A 48 port PoE model would also fit the bill, again, its gonna be quite pricey.

As for used I'm not sure if you will be able to grab much however sometimes there are 2930Fs which knock around but they are likely going to cost as much or more than the previous mentioned switches brand new

I've been looking at the USW-Pro-48-PoE was looking to see if I could get the same performance in something cheaper as even used USW-Pro-48-PoE are not that cheap on the used market. The Aruba's seem more expensive then the unifi gear.
