Great if it will work with the following:

Dual core Opteron @ 270MHz reference clock
Arctic Freezer 64 Pro
2x1Gb Ballistix PC4000 (184 pin)
XFX 7900GT Extreme Ed
2 x SATA II HDDs

I have no sound card, so decent on board sound would be nice, not that it matters too much, as long as it's not crap :P

On board video, LAN ports, firewire not essential.

Sli is not important at all.

Must be ATX and 24pin powered.

Thanks :)

DFI Sli-DR Expert, sounds like the board for you, very good tweakers board, the -DR And the -D are both the same board but with extra kit and sata ports on the DR hence the cost. :)

The DFI range seem pretty good from what I've read on here. Either one of those or a Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe Crossfire (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-131-AS) which I've seen quite a few good reviews about. :)

Whats the difference between -DR Expert, -DR (no price difference between the two), and -D.

I dont want to pay an extra £30+ for some extra SATA ports lol.

Although the layout of the -D doesnt seem as good as the DR Expert.
So much money for it... :(
Especially as its been said that socket 939 will 'expire' soon.
