Need recommendations for a good socket 939 motherboard!

Great if it will work with the following:

Dual core Opteron @ 270MHz reference clock
Arctic Freezer 64 Pro
2x1Gb Ballistix PC4000 (184 pin)
XFX 7900GT Extreme Ed
2 x SATA II HDDs

I have no sound card, so decent on board sound would be nice, not that it matters too much, as long as it's not crap

On board video, LAN ports, firewire not essential.

Sli is not important at all.

Must be ATX and 24pin powered.

DFI Sli-DR Expert, sounds like the board for you, very good tweakers board, the -DR And the -D are both the same board but with extra kit and sata ports on the DR hence the cost.

The DFI range seem pretty good from what I've read on here. Either one of those or a Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe Crossfire (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-131-AS) which I've seen quite a few good reviews about.

Whats the difference between -DR Expert, -DR (no price difference between the two), and -D.

I dont want to pay an extra £30+ for some extra SATA ports lol.

Although the layout of the -D doesnt seem as good as the DR Expert.
So much money for it...

Especially as its been said that socket 939 will 'expire' soon.
