Need recommendations on memory

Hello

I'm building a new system and needed some advice on memory to use.

Motherboard Asus Tuf gaming z790
Processor Intel i7 14700k
will be paired with the rtx 4070 super or super ti

So my question is what is the best ddr5 memory for gaming that supports this system?

Thanks for the advice I thought it needed to be 5600 speed for this chip so even better if it can run 6000.

have the motherboard but not bought the chip yet. Will hold off and see how this plays out.

12th gen then the i9-12900KF looks pretty good with the 4070 ti super, so reading the intel page its saying DDR5 4800 MT/s what memory would you recommend for low latency?

I'm also running a benq 1440p monitor at 165hz so really trying to make sure I hit that 165fps.

Thanks for the advice Tetras. I've gave myself 3 month to upgrade so I've got the case, motherboard, m.2 drive and the Psu so just putting money aside for the bigger components. This extra time might show fixes to the 13-14gen fingers crossed. What a time to upgrade lol!!

Well after thinking long and hard I've decided to send the intel board back and go amd.

Going to buy the Asus tuf gaming b650-plus motherboard as its cheaper and match it with the Ryzen 7 7800x3d.
