Need review on new bits for my rig.

Would like feedback on new insides.

Hey folks. Going to order a new stomach for me system, however would like your thoights first if you dont mind.

I currently have:
Antec 900
AMD 64 4000+ running at 2.7ghz
2gb pc3200 (400MHz)
Zalman 120mm Flower Power CPU Fan
Nv-Vidia 8800 gt 512mb
36gb Raptor
Gigabyte N-Force4 SLI
700w PSU

As far as i can think, all i need to change is the Motherboard, CPU and the Memory, and well, i'll change the CPU cooler for the hell of it anyway.

Heres what i'm thinking... but if you think i should go different anywhere, please let me know as i would love to hear your opinion/s.

Nah mate thats exactly what i would go for tbh, its actually what i've already got apart from the quad which i'll get soon, currently using an e2140 clocked to 3ghz
