Need second opinion on this SPEC :)

Does the memory timmings and voltage require setting up in the BIOS, or remove all bar one stick and check if you have a faulty stick.

I dont know if the timmings and voltage need setting up? surely not? I thought it was plug and play? its not overclocked.
It shouldnt be a faulty stick? all 6gb is showing up on my screen... or doesnt that really show if a stick is faulty?

Thats does not mean all sticks are fully operational.
Each module should have recommended voltage and timmings, boot into the BIOS and double check, not all memory timmings & voltages get auto setup.

Ok, It was all set to auto, but the numbers didnt match up. They were 8-8-8-20 and I think this ram is supposed to be; 1333MHz at latencies of 9-9-9-24 at 1.50V VDIMM.
I got that info from ocuk webstore product info. I hope thats right.
So anyway, I've punched in 9-9-9-24 for all 3 'channels' in BIOS
In BIOS I couldn't find the 'VDIMM' but The 'DRAM' Voltage was 1.5V
In BIOS the;
QPI was 1.2V
10H Core was 1.1V
