Shuttle XPC SN21G5 they be good looks nice and quite cheap

Either one of the Socket 939 PCIe Shuttles.

Or a Sugo SG01e / X-QPack / Lian-Li V300
with DFI RS482 motherboard.

If your X1800XT is a dual slot card it won't fit in the SN21G5 without modding the case. It will fit in the SN25P without modding but you wouldn't be able to use your x-fi cos it's a 1 X PCI-E slot & X1800XT would block the slot anyway. Prolly best going for an mATX board & case.
