Need some 80mm PWM fans

Can anyone recommend some 80mm PWM fans which are quiet and have red blades and/or LEDs?

For some reason Arctic Cooling never get mentioned, but I use Arctic Cooling for all my fans, always quite and perform well.

Ideally I'm looking for red fans to go with my new build.

I have got 2 of the Coolink SWiF2-80P running at 12v ( ran out of reducers ), and they are quiet, all my other fans are at 7v ( 120/ 140 ) Akasa vipers and I can't hear them at all. I had a 12 to 7 v reducer on order but I've cancelled it now as it is not needed.

They do look nice, but still need them in red and black.

On another note, while searching the website for other fans available, what do you think of these?
