Mum and I were talking today and she said that she want to put their house in my name. Is this possible? Don't know much about this sort of thing- any suggestions, ideas?

Well some of it would be, there is a yearly gift allowance which you can ofset against the value of the house. Speaking to a lawyer is a good sugestion. MB
