Need Some Advice, First Order Issues...

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a bit of advice. I placed an order late Saturday night and would've expected it to arrive today [I paid for DPD's next day by 12 delivery]. I've just emailed the support team, who have told me, very confusingly, that they have no ETA because they're waiting from an update from their supplier. Does that mean that the item wasn't in stock even though it showed it was? I'm very confused here!
 
Often stock numbers can be off or someone sniped the item before you paid for it. A fairly common occurrence. You can always cancel the order or change the delivery method and request a refund on the premium if you wish.

Thanks for this! I think there were only a couple left in stock so you've confirmed my thoughts :) I'll set up a cancel as I'm not always in and will just be easier! Thanks for the fast reply :)
 
I suggest you post in one of the Customer Service support forums as there's dedicated staff members that can help :)
