Hi guys, I'm looking to build a pretty powerful PC (current one is almost 3 years old now), and i'm in need of some advice! I wish to hevily overclock, and perhaps use water cooling (which I haven't done before). My main uses for my PC will range from a lot of gaming to running virtual machines and programming. I have a reasonable budget of about £1500 and have come up with some parts to work from:

CPU: Intel Sandy Bridge 2600k

RAM: 2 x Corsair 1600

Motherboard: ?
I'm kinda lost as to whats good and whats not for a motherboard, so i could use some help here

Harddrive: Depending on what I have left over I may get 1 or 2 of these
OCZ 60 Solid States

Graphics card: ?
I'm torn between the nvidia 570GTX and the ati 6970. The 6970 seems to have the greater clock speeds, but does the
nvidia card make up for the clock speeds in cuda cores? :S

Case: Fractal Black Pearl Full tower
Enough room for 4 hard drives + water cooling?

Water cooling: ?
I'm completly new to this, so with given hardware I'd really appreciate some advice

Power Suppley: ?
I was looking at a corsair 850w, but now that ive moved towards overclocking, I guess i'm going to need more

Misc Stuff:
DvD Drive
Card Reader

Also i've heard that the speed of the ram isn't an issues with the sandy bridge, so i'm guessing I wont need
2000mghz ram?

And what will be the effects of heavily overclocking? Am I likely to see detiration from the RAM/CPU/MOBO?

Hope I havent missed anything out, thanks in advance :)

Yeah sorry about that, realised what I did after I posted :(

I've been browsing some of the stickied threads in this section, I guess most of the general questions I might have about water cooling are hidden in there, So I guess i'll give that a bit of a read tomorrow!
