Hi all, I need some advice. I did a favour for a friend and setup a website. The site was created in Mobirise using bootstrap (yes not the best program I know, but it was started in it I just finished it)

It works fine, except the logo top left is too big on phones and pushes the menu off screen. I think the reason for this is when you scroll on a desktop, the nav bar is big and then it resizes when you start to scroll, same as it does on a phone. I can't figure out why it is doing this and not fully responsive.
I can't find how it is handled in the code and also the mobirise code is a pain to edit and wish he came to me first. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
