Need some advice on what my old rig is worth so i can replace it with Conroe

Hi guys this is my first post so be kind :D

after reading how super cool the conroe is i am looking to sell my old gear. But want to make sure I sell it for a fair price so can you cool cats help me out :cool:

I am hoping for about £350 as I only got about £100 spare for the Conroe
is this too much or about right
