Need some advice please

I have just come accross a 775 cooler and would like to know your thoughts please before I make a decision as to whether I buy this for £10 to sit on my e6320.

It does look pretty good tbh.

4 Copper pipes and alluminium fins also. Too good to be true really.

At least if the fan is pants, I could slap a Yale on it instead.

The only thing that is troubling me is the fixings as they look like screws and not the official Intel pins. I dont want to crack the mobo.
