Need some advice please

OK so I'm looking to buy a Joystick for my daughter to use with her games ...but not sure what to go for , anyone help at all please ?

She already has an XBOX controller but as she has some fine motor skill issues a joystick would sometimes be easier for her to use

shes 11 , but has the intellect of someone much older...she has some fine motor skill issues due to mild cerebral palsy , she also has Apergers Syndrome ie very high functioning autism ..so giving her no more than two options ie XBOX Controller and a Joystick is better for her
