Hey guys,

I want to have this item printed: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/pc-water-cooling-external-radiator-holder-i-stand

There's a note in the description:

I used .25 lh, 15-18% infill, 3 wall, 3 top and bottom and support.

Also, it's an STL if that matters?

Firstly I don't have a 3D printer, so can anyone recommend somewhere to get it done correctly, and not costing the earth?

Secondly, do the notes above mean anything to anyone? Will I need to mention them wherever I get this done?

Third, what's the best type of filament to use for strength and longevity?

Thanks for any help :)

All common 3d printing terminology you can lookup, but if you aren't going to print it then it probably doesn't matter to you.

Have you bought the stl yet?

There's a few people on here who might be able to print it, looks a fair size though.

Certainly avoid PLA as it'll be getting warm and looks like it's intended to take weight. You should be offered choices if you get it done commercially or you can look up the filament types and you'll see just how many you can choose from and their properties.

I've not bought it yet, just need to know what it's likely going to cost me etc..

I don't print in anything other than PLA as it's just hobby stuff so I'm no expert re: filament.

I couldn't hazard a guess at cost but you could maybe download some similar (free) stls from makerworld or thingiverse etc, upload them to the many commercial places that offer printing and guage cost. They're not cheap though. I've never used one so can't recommend any unfortunately.
