This one is free and a friend suggested using it, but anybody know anything about this one and or is there a better one to use:

I've no experience with Paragon but do use the full version of Macrium Reflect which I can certainly recommend. This provides both "file & folder" and image type backups on a Full/Differential/Incremental basis and creates lightweight bootable media for recovery. It's also handy for cloning or migrating disks.

A free version is available which excludes the file & folder backups and incrementals.
