im going to buy the x1800xt if not x1900gt [256mb] and looking for some better cooling been looking into water cooling as i already have bigwater 2 already i know it not the best out there but  its doing a great job cpu doesnt go over 45-50c load o/c-38idle compared to fan/heatsink 55-60load.......well anyway i thought about getting a gpu water block but then i thought since it only a bigwater it wont have the pumping power to go to the gpu aswell as cool down [getting next week]my x2 3800 and also the hassle of draining the coolant without spilling it.............

so i sought out for a solution which involves watercooling still but seperated from current water setup....
does anyone know the max heat wattage an x18../1900xt../gt?

as this review [below link] says it can dissapate 120watt

well here it is!!

Why not just get the Zalman VF900. :)
i like to have my gfx card at a nice temp and i just heard that the average temp 60c to me that way to hot for my liking and i seen the zalman reviews and i like it but i would like a even better solution :D

also the zalman doesnt really cool the ram down just has heat sinks on i not saying i want an expensive cooler i just want a cooler that will be quiet with probley a water solution if not heatpipe

but my main question was how much heat in wattage does the x1800xt or x1900gt do as this tide water says it rated up 120watt just wondering what that meant

and what your thoughts are on it?

.......also any good ramcoolers about..........i have no fans in pc except for the ati card and bigwater radiater and 1 8cm up the top but thats useless :) so i would need good'ens <[ramcooler]

the ram on these cards runs cool (ddr3) so with ramsinks youll need a couple of 120 ml (papst are excellent) fan with a fan controller perhaps. Doing blow and s**k routine through the case.Ramsinks arent really necessary if your not overclocking / dont increase the voltage i feel.

(The card breaths a sigh of relief when you take the little blankets of the ram.)

Water is a great idea! ive not got my card in atm (will on wednesday) but the card idles at 45 or so and doesnt go above 54 with full gaming :D

The maze 4 is low profile if that matters

yeah hope it helps

zalman VF-900 with the supplied ramsinks should do the job absolutely fine, also decent overclocking as well
